may appear to the cursory glance of the casual observor to be quite distant from the LIMELITE of 'THE GREAT WHITE WAY (...or, more commonly BROADWAY), but there isn't as much of a gap between the two as one might think. A 'the world's a stage, are you fretting or strutting attitude - with a nod to the BARD of AVON - will make a performance in the doorway of a store appear as bright as the HOT Lights in any theatre. I have done both, seen myself on TV and in the WOODSTOCK FESTIVAL movie, and I know what I say here from experience...
